Take pride knowing your work is on the shelves in retail stores across the country! If you have previous experience in machine maintenance/set-up , we want to hear from you! This position will assist in overseeing shift personnel and production flow, provide leadership for their work group and must have the highest working knowledge of the equipment, policies and procedures.
Train personnel to operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain the machinery; performing the most complex work with the assistance of maintenance personnel.
Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.
Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards.
Set print and gauge printers.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Very high mechanical aptitude is required and must have the ability to read a ruler to 1/32.
Required to obtain a set of tools and toolbox to perform job requirements.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal and external clients.
Intermediate computer and math skills.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
