1 Shift Available Monday- Friday 10 am to 7 pm Requirements Education- High school or equivalent A great attitude and desire to deliver best in class wireless service.
Willingness to learn about computers and the latest technology.
Have a willingness to make sure all callers are happy with their experience Be comfortable working in a fast pace and evolving company.
Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
Comfortable using MS Office and Windows-based applications Previous experience in either a customer support or sales position Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group Ability to interact with all customers Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good data entry and must type at least 35 wpm Ability to sit for long periods of time Pay
