00 sign on Bonus Breakdown After first 30 days $100 After 60 days $ 150 After 90 days $150 after 120 Days $400 Must work a min of 160 hrs each month to receive day 90 and day 120 of sign on Bonus A great attitude and desire to deliver best in class wireless service.

Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
Comfortable using MS Office and Windows-based applications Previous experience in Customer Care and Sales Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Must possess strong negotiation skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group Ability to interact with all customers Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of call center telephony and technology Strong date entry skills must type at least 35 wpm Ability to sit for long periods of time able to work schedule provided Commit to a 4 week paid training program that starts on December 5th.
